Information we collect
When you request private access we collect your name, work email, company, role and the description of your use case, together with the page language and, if present, the campaign parameters (UTM) of the link you used. With your consent, we also collect analytics about how the site is used.
How we use your information
We use it to evaluate and answer your request, to contact you about Fundus, to improve the site and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks.
Service providers
We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and, only with your consent, web analytics and performance measurement), Neon (database for access requests), Resend (transactional email) and PostHog (product analytics, only with your consent).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to privacy@fundus.pro.
Data security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the information you send us.
